These Terms govern your subscription to and use of SCRIPTZ - the automation suite for DaVinci Resolve listed at scriptz.eu, together with any future tools added under the SCRIPTZ name. SCRIPTZ is operated by Dominik Husak ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By subscribing to or using SCRIPTZ, you agree to these Terms.
SCRIPTZ is a desktop application containing a set of automation tools that run inside DaVinci Resolve via its built-in scripting engine. It works with both DaVinci Resolve Free and Studio, versions 18-21, and requires Python 3.8+ and (for Voice Chain and Auto Subtitles) ffmpeg. Windows 10/11 or macOS 12+.
Most tools use AI models. Every AI feature can run locally on your own computer at no additional cost as part of your subscription. You may optionally connect your own API key from a third-party cloud AI provider (for example Google Gemini, OpenAI or Groq) for higher quality; in that case you contract directly with that provider and pay them for your usage. We do not charge for AI usage and take no share of it.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment, calculates and remits applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues your receipt.
SCRIPTZ is sold as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually in EUR, and it begins with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout and continues to renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your order email, or by writing to us.
Delivery is immediate and automatic: your license key and download link are sent by email as soon as checkout is completed. You install the application and enter the key to activate it.
An active subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use all current SCRIPTZ tools, activated on up to the number of machines stated at checkout. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the application, license keys, or download links. You may not reverse-engineer the software or attempt to circumvent its licensing.
If your subscription ends or payment fails, the license key stops validating and the tools stop running. Any timelines, files or exports already produced with SCRIPTZ remain yours and are unaffected.
An active subscription includes all updates and every new tool added during your subscription, at no extra cost, including compatibility updates if DaVinci Resolve's scripting API changes.
SCRIPTZ is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure it works as described on this site, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or compatible with every system configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the scripts, including lost footage, lost time, or lost revenue. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. statutory consumer guarantees).

We may revoke your license if you breach these Terms (e.g. unauthorized redistribution) or if your payment is reversed via chargeback without first contacting us for a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SCRIPTZ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
