Refund Policy

1. Digital content and your right of withdrawal

SCRIPTZ is digital content (a downloadable application and license key) delivered immediately by email after checkout. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply once digital content has begun to be supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose that right.

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

You request immediate delivery of the digital content (your license and download link), and
You acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

2. Our voluntary money-back guarantee

Even though the statutory withdrawal right does not apply, we want you to be genuinely satisfied. SCRIPTZ starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can test every tool on your own footage before you are charged anything. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Beyond that, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if a tool does not work as described on this site for your supported DaVinci Resolve setup, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@scriptz.eu and we will either help you resolve the issue or refund that payment in full.

3. What isn't covered

Refund requests made more than 14 days after the charge in question.
Setups that fall outside the stated requirements (for example a DaVinci Resolve version older than 18) - this is a documented requirement, not a defect.
Charges from third-party AI providers you connected with your own API key - those are billed by that provider, not by us.
Change-of-mind requests once you've had substantial use of the tool, at our reasonable discretion.
Abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated purchase-refund cycles).

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider - we will resolve legitimate issues directly and faster. Licenses associated with a chargeback filed without prior contact will be revoked.
